MEETING OVERVIEW

Treasurer's Report:

Financial Summary was reviewed and accepted by board.

Old Business Discussed:

1. New Keys/Pad Lock for Marcca Trailer

2. Outdoor track put to bed, dirt leveled

3. Indoor track location set, track built and now racing

4. 2011 Elections

• Nominations open after Nov. 20^th

• Voting to be completed by Dec. 18^th

• Jeff Mann to make Ballet

• Craig Hill to supply member list

• Matt Lust to Collect completed ballets

New Business Discussed:

1. 2010/2011 Onroad Program

-To start on Sunday November 21 and run bi-weekly on Sundays – Doors open at 10am racing at noon.

2. Marcca/Monroe Race

• Jeff Mann to coordinate with Ryan at Cheese city. Marcca would like to have the first race. Series to be in Jan/Feb of 2011. Marcca to get trophies form Scot Cox.

3. Marcca Carpet Challenge

• Date to be determined in Late Feb of 2011

4. Membership

• New members for 2011 will get remainder of 2010 free.

• T-Shirts to be part of membership

5. Indoor carpet track maintance

• Repair jumps, recarpet, repair, etc.

• Date to be determined in January of 2011

6. Marcca Master Financial Plan

• Need to schedule a meeting to prepare in January of 2011
