MEETING OVERVIEW

Treasurer's Report:

Financial Summary was reviewed and accepted by board.

Old Business Discussed:

1. Future Arlington Track Site

Arlingtons attorney is reviewing lease.

2. Nelson Crossing

Track location secured for 2010 season, Agreement between club and landlord via J.Mann

3. RCP Discount

RCP has produced a discount card for members. Members must have card signed by race director to make valid and prove they are racers. To get discount members must have MARCCA membership card and Updated RCP discount card. (Thank You RCP).

New Business Discussed:

1. Outdoor Track Build

Burned grass off site, didn't burn down neighborhood. Landlord will likely mow site. Jeff Mann presented potential site layout. Water at outdoor track is not drinkable. Dirt maybe needed. Trailer needs to be moved. First official work day April 11

JOB HEADS

• Jeff Mann & Brian Roberts; Electrical, Plumbing & overall site layout

• Eric Jensen; Track design and build

• Walt Zweifel; Drivers stand and pit lane

• Alex Mann; Shovel Tester

2. Indoor Track Storage

Brian Roberts to talk with landlord and see if we can stay in current location over summer for reduced rent. Possible storage unit rental across street. Or other alternative storage locations.

3. Pot Luck Dinner

April 17 at indoor track.

Next Meeting to be 4/11/2010 at outdoor track site.
